Job Title: Client Acquisition ExecutiveLocation: Hornchurch, EssexOpportunity to progress within a growing finance brokerage.Role PurposeThe Client Acquisition Executive role is responsible for generating new business opportunities by proactively contacting business directors to identify funding needs. The primary objective is to qualify and generate high-quality leads for the Broker Team, supporting the continued growth of the business.Key ResponsibilitiesMake a minimum of 100 outbound calls per day to business directors and key decision-makers to uncover funding requirements.Engage with prospects to build rapport, gather information, and assess their suitability for finance solutions.Qualify potential opportunities and pass them to the Broker Team for progression.Maintain detailed and accurate records of all interactions and opportunities within the company CRM system.Develop a strong understanding of products and services to confidently communicate with prospects.Skills and CompetenciesStrong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage senior decision-makers.Resilient and proactive approach with the ability to handle high call volumes.Good organisational skills and attention to detail.Comfortable working to call and lead-generation targets.Reporting and PerformanceThe Client Acquisition Executive will report directly to the Sales Director.
