Reporting to the Head of Corporate Finance, you''ll provide strategic direction, operational leadership and expert guidance on complex tax matters.Key responsibilities include: Developing and implementing a comprehensive tax strategy aligned with organisational goalsOverseeing compliance across VAT, Corporation Tax, PAYE/NIC and customs dutiesManaging tax audits, HMRC enquiries and maintaining a robust tax risk registerAdvising senior leadership on tax implications of strategic initiatives, including international expansion and capital projectsLeading and developing a high-performing tax team, fostering a culture of collaboration
