The applicant would be expected to manage a varied residential conveyancing caseload from start to finish and have good IT skills to be able to use our clients management system. This will include conducting matters on behalf of clients and supporting fee-earning work undertaken by colleagues.The Candidate

Good understanding of property law and the residential conveyancing processExperienced licenced conveyancer/ solicitor with 3 years minimum PQEExcellent business development skills;Driven and highly motivated individual with positive outlook;Able to work independently whilst also being a team player;Capable of delivering excellent client care;Friendly and caring attitude.Good understanding and experience of freehold and leaseholdUnderstanding and experience of BSA is desirable but not essentialBenefits
