With an exciting range of upcoming projects, my clients portfolio includes a strong presence within the Residential sector, working on Student Living, Care Homes and Commercial projects. 

Key Responsibilities for this Architectural Technician role: 

• Develop detailed architectural drawings, technical designs, and specifications using Revit and AutoCAD
• Collaborate with architects, designers, and engineers to produce accurate and efficient technical solutions for various project types
• Conduct site visits, surveys, and assessments to gather information and monitor construction progress, ensuring compliance with design intent and building regulations
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, and consultants throughout the project lifecycle to address technical issues and provide design solutions

Qualifications required for this Architectural Technician role: 

• Proficiency in Revit
• Strong knowledge of building regulations, codes, and standards
• Excellent technical drawing and design skills with a keen eye for detail
• Experience working within the Residential sector desired
