We''re looking for a confident, engaging and commercially minded Sales Advisor to join an exciting and growing premium brand in White City. You could come from fashion, beauty, jewellery, luxury, lifestyle, home, interiors, hospitality or another customer-focused environment. What matters most is your personality, sales ability and passion for delivering an outstanding customer experience.

What You''ll Be Doing:

• Deliver a warm, personalised and consultative customer experience.

• Build strong product knowledge and confidently guide customers through their purchases.

• Drive sales, conversion, ATV and individual KPIs.

• Maintain excellent product presentation and visual standards.

• Support with stock, deliveries and the smooth day-to-day running of the store.

What We''re Looking For:

• Experience in retail, hospitality or another service-led sales environment.

• A confident communicator who enjoys building relationships with customers.

• A commercial mindset with the motivation to achieve targets.

• A positive, proactive attitude and the ability to work well within a team.

• An interest in premium products, design, interiors or lifestyle retail would be an advantage, but it is not essential.
