What you''ll be doingIn this role, you''ll take charge of a capable technical team, giving them direction, development and day-to-day support. You''ll keep communication flowing, make sure priorities are clear, and help each person bring their best to the table.You''ll also play a key part in how the site runs:Overseeing all aspects of quality assurance and ensuring the site is audit-ready at all times.Leading both internal checks and external audits with confidence.Working closely with production, supply chain, NPD and other teams to keep projects on track.Keeping budgets, timelines and resources in line so technical work lands smoothly.Spotting opportunities to sharpen processes, strengthen product performance and introduce better ways of working.Resolving complex issues with a calm, practical approach.Keeping senior leaders informed on progress, risks and wins.Building strong relationships with customers, suppliers and industry partners
