Focus on execution and outcomes, ensuring EHS plans are consistently reviewed and updated. Guarantee that EHS standards, methods, and best practices are effectively applied. Develop and manage the site-specific EHS strategy, working closely with all key stakeholders. Carry out compliance audits in line with the company s EHS requirements. Address compliance challenges and drive improvements through root cause analysis and corrective actions. Organise and deliver EHS-related training sessions for team members at all organisational levels. Maintain continuous learning and awareness of EHS responsibilities among the site workforce. Advise on technical and practical EHS solutions to help meet site objectives, reduce non-compliance risks, and maintain a safe working environment. Track facility energy usage and implement local initiatives to improve efficiency.
