Are you an experienced Resident Engagement Manager with proven experience of exceeding regulatory obligations, putting residents at the heart of everything you do. Can you evidence a solid understanding of the Transparency, Influence and Accountability Standard, providing impactful close the loop examples of how your work has led to meaningful change for residents. Do you have experience of developing and delivering a regulatory compliant Resident Engagement Strategy to ensure residents across all tenures are given a wide range of opportunities to influence Peabody at every level of the organisation.
