Working closely with the Contracts Manager, you''ll help deliver an excellent service to clients and residents.Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise tradespeople and subcontractors, ensuring safe and efficient delivery of works.Monitor health and safety, quality standards and compliance through site inspections, audits and risk assessments.Plan and coordinate works, materials and resources to minimise delays and work in progress.Monitor progress against targets and provide updates to operational, helpdesk, commercial and client teams.Oversee installations, snagging and final handovers.Maintain positive customer relationships and support the management and development of site teams.About YouExperience working in occupied social housing properties, ideally covering responsive repairs and voids.SSSTS or SMSTS qualification.Good knowledge of health and safety procedures and relevant legislation.Strong organisational, communication and IT skills.A ..... full job details .....
