Managing and ensuring compliance within the Housing Support Act (2023) as well as managing support service contracts to achieve goals, targets and contract obligations will include regular report writing and meetings.The role is also responsible for overseeing and maintaining ambitious standards to health and safety, safeguarding, fire safety and resident well-being. Reporting to the Head of Housing, the successful candidate will be leading and managing the delivery of this crucial service, requiring an individual who has previous experience of working with vulnerable individuals, and the support services required to ensure tailored support to sustain tenancies, improve well-being, and progress towards independent living. A candidate who holds a CIH level 4 or equivalent is preferred, and if this is not held, there is an expectation to complete this within 12 months of starting.
