This role plays a key part in ensuring processes run smoothly, documentation is accurate, and internal and external stakeholders are supported effectively.Key Responsibilities as a Technical AdministratorPrepare and manage documentation to support operational processesCoordinate and process orders, invoices, and related paperworkLiaise with internal teams and external partners to ensure accurate information flowHandle queries and resolve issues to support smooth day-to-day operationsMaintain accurate records and ensure data is up to dateSupport compliance and quality processes where requiredAssist with tracking, reporting, and general administrative dutiesProvide wider team support as neededDesirable skillsPrevious experience in an administrative or office-based role - ideally within a technical industryStrong attention to detail and a high level of accuracyWell organised with the ability to manage multiple tasksConfident communicator, comfortable liaising with different teamsAble to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlinesCompetent using Microsoft Office and internal systemsBenefits29 days holiday, not including Bank Holidays2 x life insurancePension - company 3.5% and employee 5%Summer family days outChristmas shopping voucherRecognition voucher
