Role: Childrens Support Worker (Agency including Mother & Baby and Family Support)

Pay: -15 - -18 per hour

Job Type: Part-time, Temporary (Agency)

About the Role:
We are seeking compassionate and skilled Childrens Support Workers to support children, young people, and families in a range of environments. This may include family support in the service users own home or working within dedicated settings with mothers and their babies. Youll provide both emotional and practical support, helping families develop positive routines, safe environments, and stronger relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide practical and emotional support to children, young people, and families.

Deliver tailored Mother & Baby support within service-based settings (not in the home).

Offer in-home support to children and families where required.

Support families in building resilience and positive coping strategies.

Work collaboratively with social workers, schools, health visitors, and other professionals.

Uphold safeguarding principles and respond appropriately to concerns.

Maintain accurate records, case notes, and reports in line with policies.
