Key Responsibilities Monitor and improve student attendance across the school.Work closely with pastoral teams, parents, and external agencies to address attendance concerns.Maintain accurate attendance records using Arbor MIS.Produce reports and data analysis to support attendance strategies.Implement interventions to reduce persistent absence and promote positive attendance habits. Requirements Experience working with school attendance and understanding statutory requirements.Proficiency in using Arbor or similar MIS systems.Strong communication and organisational skills.Ability to build positive relationships with students, families, and staff.Enhanced DBS clearance (or willingness to obtain).Previous experience in a school environment is highly desirable.
