Real Personnel are recruting for an experienced Recruitment Account Manager to work on site for one of the midlands leading Recruitment Companies. The salary for the role is between 28-32K and must be able to start quickly. You will be based on site in a large warehouse managing a large contract which includes approx 100 temps at any one time. The site is in the Coleshill area of Birmingham. Your main duties will include - Manage large volume temps - Work and liaise with HR - Source quality candidates for immediate starts to include back filling no shows - Compete reports accurately - Sit on weekly KPI meetings and report figures
