Freight Sales Executive - Lichfield

-28,000 basic + realistic -10,000 bonus potential | Monday-Friday

We''re working with a fast-growing freight business in Lichfield that is looking to add to its commercial team.

This is a great opportunity for someone with freight, transport, logistics or B2B sales experience who enjoys winning new business, building relationships and working in a fast-paced environment.

The role

• Develop new business opportunities and generate new customer accounts
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
• Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts
• Prepare and negotiate freight quotations
• Work closely with the operations team to ensure customers receive a high level of service
• Manage the sales process from initial enquiry through to conversion
• Achieve agreed sales and revenue targets

About you

• Experience in freight, logistics, transport or B2B sales would be advantageous
• Confident communicator with a commercial mindset
• Driven, ambitious and motivated by earning potential
• Comfortable developing new business and picking up the phone
• Strong relationship-building and customer service skills
• Organised and able to manage a busy workload
