Production Operative Location: Milton Keynes Salary: £28,080 per annum Closing date: November 16, 2026 We are looking for a Production Operative to join our team at our site in Milton Keynes. In this role, you will be responsible for processing and cutting metal bar and tube products to customer specifications, ensuring high standards of quality, accuracy, and safety are maintained at all times. Working from production instructions and technical drawings, you will help ensure our customers receive materials that meet the required specifications and tolerances. Based at our Milton Keynes facility, you will work with a range of metal products used across the aerospace, defence, and medical sectors. The site benefits from modern processing equipment, including advanced cutting technology and CNC machining centres with integrated robotics. Previous bar saw experience is not essential, as full training can be provided. We are keen to hear from candidates with experience in production, manufacturing, engineering, warehouse, or other industrial environments who are looking to develop their skills and build a long-term career.
