What You''ll DoDesign, deploy, and maintain microwave and RF-based point-to-point network linksCollaborate with trading infrastructure and site teams to reduce latency between data centersPerform link budget analysis, antenna alignment, and RF signal optimizationWork closely with vendors on site selection, regulatory approvals, and hardware integrationTune, monitor, and troubleshoot RF links to maximize uptime and latency efficiencyWhat We''re LookingForHands-on experience with microwave networking, custom RF, or line-of-sight wireless deploymentsProven track record in low-latency environments HFT, telcos, or latency-sensitive networkingDeep knowledge of routing/switching, Linux networking, and packet-level analysis (Wireshark, tcpdump)Familiarity with tools like Pathloss or spectrum planning tools is a plusNice to HaveExposure to dark fiber, optical transport, or hybrid network design Experience working with vendors like Aviat, Ceragon, Ubiquiti, or custom RF providersBackground in financial market infrastructure or electronic trading networks
