We are looking for an experienced and motivated Audio Visual Field Service Engineer to join our growing team.This is a hands-on field-based role, responsible for installing, maintaining, servicing and fault-finding a wide range of professional AV systems at customer sites. You will work directly with customers to diagnose technical issues, deliver effective solutions and ensure AV systems are operating to the highest standard.The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge, excellent problem-solving skills and a professional approach to customer service.Key ResponsibilitiesAttend customer sites to carry out planned and reactive AV service work.Diagnose and resolve faults across a range of audio visual equipment and systems.Install, configure and commission AV equipment where required.Carry out preventative maintenance and system health checks.Troubleshoot audio, video, control and connectivity issues.Replace, repair and configure AV equipment and associated components.Work with manufacturers, suppliers and internal technical teams to resolve complex issues.Provide clear technical explanations and support to customers.Complete accurate service reports, job sheets and equipment records.Ensure all work is completed safely, professionally and in accordance with company procedures.Travel to customer sites throughout UK / region , with occasional overnight stays where required.About YouWe are looking for someone who is:Experienced in a field service, AV engineering or ..... full job details .....
