A leading international professional services organisation is seeking an experienced IT & Technology Procurement Category Manager to join its evolving procurement team.

Working closely with senior stakeholders across technology and business services, you''ll have the autonomy to influence procurement best practice, embed governance, enhance supplier performance and shape the future direction of technology procurement across a global business.

The Opportunity

Reporting into the Head of Procurement, you''ll lead the procurement strategy across Technology, IT and emerging AI spend categories, supporting strategic business objectives while ensuring robust commercial and governance frameworks are in place.

This is a highly visible position where you''ll work with key decision-makers across the organisation, managing sourcing activity, supplier relationships, contract negotiations and procurement transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver category strategies across IT, Technology and AI-related spend areas
• Lead end-to-end sourcing exercises, supplier selection processes and contract negotiations
• Act as a trusted procurement partner to senior IT and business stakeholders
• Establish and enhance procurement processes, governance and policy frameworks
• Drive supplier performance, risk management and commercial value delivery
• Conduct market analysis and supplier due diligence to support informed decision-making
• Support the development of a mature procurement function through continuous improvement initiatives
• Deliver procurement guidance and training across the wider business
• Support ESG and sustainability objectives within the supply chain
• Produce procurement reporting and insights to identify opportunities, risks and savings

• Significant experience within IT and Technology Procurement
• A track record of developing and implementing category strategies
• Experience managing complex sourcing projects and supplier negotiations
• Strong contract management and commercial acumen
• The ability to build credibility and influence senior stakeholders
• Experience improving procurement processes, governance and ways of working
• Confidence working autonomously and driving initiatives forward
