Children''s Residential Support Worker About Us Sunlight Children s Care is a family run residential childcare provider, offering a variety of residential placements to young people between the ages of 8 18 who may display emotional and challenging behaviours (EBD). The young people placed within our services have often experienced significant adversity and trauma in their young lives and may no longer able to reside within their familial / foster home. We ensure our team(s) adhere to Ofsted standards and guidelines referencing the Children s Act and Children s Care Standards, Ofsted is the looked after children s regulatory body. Salary £37,275.89 pa (inclusive of sleeps), rising to £37,803.79 pa upon a successful 6 month probation period.
