This is an exciting opportunity for a driven and experienced Family Law professional to become part of a supportive team.Your responsibilities will include:Work on a case load of all aspects of family law and play an active role in Business DevelopmentAdvise clients on divorce and separation processesHelp with child custody, visitation, and support issuesAssist with adoption and surrogacy legal proceduresDraft prenuptial and postnuptial agreementsSupport victims of domestic violence with protection ordersGuide clients in financial settlements and property divisionDraft cohabitation agreements for unmarried couplesEncourage mediation or alternative dispute resolutionAssist with inheritance, will disputes, and family claimsProvide ongoing legal advice on family law mattersThe successful candidate:Experience of private family law within well-regarded family departmentsExcellent at building client relationships and explaining legal matters clearlyAble to manage a diverse caseload independently while maintaining attention to detailBusiness-minded with a proactive approach to development and growthFlexible, solution-oriented, and strong at problem-solvingExcellent written and verbal communication abilitiesBackground in assisting senior professionalsExperience in advocacy is a plusIn exchange, the firm is willing to offer a competitive salary and generous benef
