FLT Driver

We are seeking a reliable and motivated FLT Driver to join our client’s team in Stafford. This role involves operating a counterbalance forklift to handle heavy lifting, picking, and packing within the warehouse. The position may also require occasional deliveries, so a valid driving license is essential.
Key Responsibilities of this FLT Driver role:

• Safely operate a counterbalance forklift to move and organise stock.
• Perform picking and packing duties efficiently and accurately.
• Handle heavy lifting and ensure safe manual handling practices.
• Assist with loading/unloading and occasional delivery runs.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment.

• Valid full driving license – essential for delivery tasks.
• FLT / Counterbalance forklift experience required.
• Previous warehouse experience preferred.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy items safely.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented.

• Competitive hourly rate of £12.21
• Monday to Friday working hours 8:00-16:30
