Lead full-cycle OneStream implementation projects, from scoping and design through deployment and post-go-live supportTranslate business requirements into technical solutions, aligning OneStream capabilities with client goalsDesign and configure OneStream applications including workflows, business rules, dashboards, cube views, and data integrationsEngage directly with CFOs, FPandA teams, and technical stakeholders to drive project successProvide quality assurance and strategic guidance throughout project lifecyclesMentor junior consultants and support internal knowledge sharing initiativesCollaborate with sales and pre-sales teams to support new business development opportunitiesRequirements

Must-Have:Proven experience (5+ years) delivering OneStream implementationsStrong knowledge of financial consolidation, planning, reporting, and data integrationAbility to manage multiple client engagements and lead project teamsExperience working with cross-functional teams in a consulting or professional services environmentExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsNice to Have:OneStream certifications (Lead Architect)Previous experience with other EPM toolsExperience in industries such as Financial Services, Manufacturing, or HealthcareSeniority level
