Supervisor - Housing Association background Are you an experienced Supervisor with a Housing Association background in building maintenance and facilities management, residing in or around Yorkshire? Areas: Leeds, Bradford, Halifax, Doncaster, Rotherham, Sheffield, Huddersfield Responsibilities: Overseeing voids on social housing and local government projects Supervising and coordinating teams for tasks such as carpentry, tiling, plumbing, bathroom and kitchen installations, and door fittings Ensuring compliance with safety standards and project deadlines Requirements: Valid CSCS Card Experience working on social housing / Voids Housing Association or Local Council experience desired Proficiency in various trades including plumbing, carpentry, and general repairs Previous experience in a supervisory role within the construction or maintenance sector Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to lead and motivate teams Excellent communication skills with a customer-focused mindset Right to work in the UK Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 4:00 pm Expected to work a minimum of 40 hours per week Pay and Benefits: Long-term employment opportunities for suitable candidates Company pension scheme Company Van / Fuel Card.
