Building Maintenance Estimator / Project Manager Location : London and Home Counties Key Details: Salary: £55,000 £60,000 Holiday: 21 days inclusive of bank holidays Location : Roughly 3 days in the Office ( south London ) and 2 days on site We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Building maintenance Estimator / Project Manager to join our company based in the South East. We currently employ over 150 engineers in the South East alone across the Mechanical and Electrical sector including commerical gas and air conditioning. The role involves carrying out planned and reactive maintenance, servicing, and repair work on a wide range of commercial gas systems across various commercial premises which mainly include Leisure Centres and Retailers About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Building Maintenance Estimator / Project Manager to join our team, overseeing the estimating and delivery of maintenance and small works projects across a variety of commercial and public sector buildings such as Leisure Centres and Retails.
