Provide technical leadership to multidisciplinary design teams. Manage and develop client relationships across both public and private sectors. Support business development activities, bids and framework opportunities. Mentor and develop engineers, senior engineers and associates. Drive quality, innovation and sustainable design solutions. Contribute to the strategic growth and direction of the regional building services team. What you''ll need to succeed Proven experience within a building services consultancy environment. Strong mechanical design background across RIBA stages. Experience leading and managing project teams. Commercial awareness and client-facing skills. Chartered Engineer status or working towards chartership.
