Reporting to the Head of Culture, you will act as a trusted advisor and coach to senior leaders, line managers and stakeholders across the organisation.You will lead and coordinate organisation-wide inclusion initiatives spanning diversity, wellbeing, values, engagement and external partnerships. This includes managing internal networks and executive sponsors, delivering training and workshops, overseeing wellbeing provision, coordinating industry forums, and managing external accreditations, benchmarks and statutory reporting.
