Atheray Stone are looking for a Bid Writer to work for a Global Tier 1 contractor within there UK work winning team. This will include working on large scale bids within the infrastructure, defense and data centers sector. This role will be based out of the businesses Central London office. Key Responsibilities Write high-quality responses for PQQs, tenders and bid submissions. Develop compelling content including case studies, CVs, project experience and tailored responses. Support Bid Managers, Business Development Managers and the Head of Bid Management throughout the bid process. Edit, proofread and format tender documents to ensure accuracy, consistency and quality. Facilitate and support storyboarding sessions with subject matter experts. Create supporting graphics, flowcharts, diagrams and organisational charts for submissions. Review draft responses to ensure they fully answer client requirements and provide feedback to contributors. Maintain bid documentation and the Document Management System for future use. Re-use and improve existing bid content while contributing to knowledge management. Work to tight deadlines and support the timely submission of bids. Essential Experience and Knowledge Previous bid/proposal writing experience. Experience producing high-quality tender and submission documents.
