Head of Service and Operations - Interim - Outside IR353 days per week onsite (Merseyside)

Investigo are partnering with a leading organisation who are currently transforming technology.- They are seeking an Interim Head of IT Service and Operations to lead a team of c. 30 providing 1st & 2nd Line support as well as IT Service Management capability within an end-user organisation.- -This role requires someone with the gravitas-to work with senior stakeholders, whilst also having the ability to shape what great service looks like, down to 1st line support.- You''ll bring previous experience of managing IT Teams of a similar size and composition (service management and service desk).- You''ll be people centric, with a keen eye for getting to the root cause of problems and spotting trends and patterns in user issues, with a strong customer focus.- - You''ll also bring a breadth of experience across ITIL disciplines-and industry good practice.This role is a 6 month contract engagement and will require on site-working 3 days a week.
