Water Mains Engineer Role: This is a customer-facing role where you''ll be responsible for independently investigating and repairing external water supply issues, using a combination of technical knowledge, practical experience, and a safety-first customer focused mindset. Responsibilities: Independently investigating and repairing external water supplies to domestic and commercial properties.Accurately identifying leak locations and determining ownership and liability for repair works.Proficiency in using hand and power tools for excavation, pipefitting, and other tasks.Providing clear, reassuring communication to customers, explaining the work required and the process.Maintaining consistent and proactive communication with our Field Operations Team at HQ.
