Learning and Development Advisor £19.23/hr PAYE 12 Months Prestwick 36 hours per week Inside IR35 Morson Edge are supporting a leading Aerospace manufacturing organisation in Prestwick who are looking to appoint a Learning and Development Advisor to support their Manufacturing function. This role is operationally focused and will support capability development, compliance, and skills progression across production teams. It sits within the LandD team but works closely with Manufacturing Managers and shop-floor leadership on a daily basis. You will support the coordination and delivery of learning and development activity across the Manufacturing environment, ensuring technical capability and compliance requirements are met while supporting future workforce development initiatives.
