Alfreton.This is a key role within our department, ensuring the correct standard of products are being produced on several Manufacturing lines. WHAT OUR QUALITY PRODUCT INSPECTORS DO: Conduct quality checks on products on the extrusion linesEnsure all faults are reported and rejected accordinglyKeep accurate documentation and perform auditsWork within the parameters of the ISO9001 accreditationCarry out Product Inspections to ensure conformanceProvide Quality support for the production processCommunicate any faults/problems with the Team Leaders and Maintenance Team WHAT WE NEED FROM OUR QUALITY PRODUCT INSPECTORS: Proven experience as a Quality Inspector in a Manufacturing environmentAble to use key measuring equipment (although training can be given)A keen eye for detail with a results driven approachHave good communication skillsProficient
