Working Hours:Monday and Tuesday: 8:00am - 4:30pmWednesday and Thursday: 8:00am - 4:00pmFriday: 8:00am - 2:30pmPay rate is 12.85 per hour Key Responsibilities:Greeting visitors, parents, pupils, and staff in a professional and friendly mannerAnswering incoming calls and redirecting them to the appropriate departmentsCarrying out general reception and administrative dutiesUsing a PC for basic administrative tasksYou will be working alongside another member of the reception team each day and will not be left on your own for long periods. Requirements:Confident and approachable mannerGood communication and organisational skillsBasic PC skillsPrevious reception or school-based experience is desirable but not essentialDBS Check:A valid DBS is preferred; however, a DBS can be arranged if required.
