This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced planning manager to join the site''s leadership team, take ownership of a key planning function and make a tangible contribution to operational performance, customer service and business growth. Reporting directly to the General Manager, you''ll lead a team of planners, ensuring production schedules, raw material requirements and resource plans are aligned with customer demand and manufacturing capacity. You''ll work closely with Commercial, Operations, Procurement and Supply Chain teams, helping to improve planning performance, optimise inventory and drive continuous improvement across the site.
