I''m working with a successful and growing entertainment business within West Yorkshire that is looking to appoint an experienced Finance Manager to oversee its finance function and manage the existing accounts team.This is an important role within the business, with responsibility for ensuring the day-to-day finance operation runs effectively, financial information is accurate and produced on time, and the accounts team is well managed and supported.Working closely with the Directors and wider management team, the Finance Manager will take ownership of the finance function, providing strong financial control, accurate reporting and effective management of the team.This would suit an experienced Finance Manager, Financial Controller or senior Accountant who enjoys working within an SME environment and is comfortable being both hands-on with the numbers and responsible for managing a small finance team.
