Our client is an Automotive volume dealership and they are seeking a Senior Service Advisor to join their busy dealership .

For your hard work as a Senior Service Advisor for our Client, you can expect a salary with up to £27,000.

Benefits within this Senior Service Advisor role include:

- Basic Salary: up £27,000 OTE £35,000
- Full-time Permanent role 
- Monday - Friday 8.30-5.30
- 1 in 2 saturday mornings 8.30 - 12.30

Duties as a Senior Service Advisor will include:

- Professionally communicate with customers about repair work required on their vehicle
- Produce Job Cards on in-house computer systems
- Update Customers and Vehicle Records
- Part of this Service Advisor role will include preparing and completing Invoices
- Advise Customer on estimated costs of repairs and timescales of work

Our Client is ideally seeking Senior Service Advisors who have previous working experience within a Main Dealer environment.

To be successful in this Senior Service Advisor role you will be customer-focused and have the ability to upsell effectively.
