Sales and Marketing ExecutiveSudbury, Suffolk - Our client, an industrial Equipment supplier based in Sudbury is looking for a driven and commercially minded Sales and Marketing Executive to join their team and help grow their existing customer base, identify new markets and strengthen the brand across the UK, Ireland and Europe.This is a varied role combining business development, customer relationship management, technical product sales and marketing. You''ll play a key role in increasing revenue, reactivating dormant accounts, developing new business opportunities and supporting marketing initiatives across the group.Key ResponsibilitiesSales and Business DevelopmentManage an existing customer portfolio, increasing turnover and gross profit growth.Reactivate non-trading and dormant customers.Identify new markets and develop a consistent pipeline of new customer accounts.Manage incoming enquiries via the website, telephone and social media.Maintain accurate daily CRM records, including activities, quotations and opportunities using Salesforce.Attend customer site visits across the UK and Ireland.Attend trade exhibitions across the UK, Ireland and Europe to develop relationships and identify new opportunities.Support product creation and development through their internal RandD system (JIRA).
