The company manufacture specialist equipment, and they have an immediate requirement for a driven and motivated administrator with exceptional customer service skills to join the team. The ideal candidate will have experience with SAGE 50. About the role As our Customer Service and Sales Administrator working within the sales administration team, you will be helping to provide excellent service to customers. Providing an efficient response to incoming customer enquiries and orders, in turn, building a rapport and credibility with our existing customers and new. General administration tasks as follows: Key responsibilities Processing sales orders / quotations based on customer requests and enquiries in a timely manner Responding to customer inquiries providing product and / or service information Addressing customer complaints and providing resolutions promptly Maintaining detailed records of all interactions with customers Liaise with management on all bespoke requests sourcing prices for products and delivery from suppliers Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to understand their needs to maximise sales revenue/upselling.
