• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification.
• Strong subject knowledge and a genuine passion for History.
• The ability to motivate, engage, and inspire secondary school students.
• Effective classroom management and excellent communication skills.
• A flexible, proactive approach and the ability to adapt to the needs of the school.
• A commitment to supporting students'' academic progress and personal development.
