This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior Project Manager to support the development of a business case, working closely with customer representatives and internal IT teams. The successful candidate will take a lead role in coordinating stakeholder input, evaluating requirements and producing business case documentation within a time-sensitive project environment. Key Duties Lead the development and preparation of a business case, working collaboratively with customer representatives and internal ITS staff. Engage with stakeholders to understand business needs, objectives and requirements. Analyse customer business plans, policies, strategies and operational information to identify opportunities for ICT solutions. Assess business requirements and identify potential risks relating to system availability, supportability and capacity. Develop and evaluate options, including associated costs, procurement approaches and implementation timeframes.
