Production Manager Pertemps are currently recruiting for a Production Manager to join a manufacturing company based in Andover. This is a permanent, full time position. Responsibilities as a Production Manager: Overseeing manufacturing and production processesCreating and execute daily, weekly, monthly production schedulesProcuring factory production equipment and taking responsibility for its maintenance in liaison with maintenance engineerStriving to reduce expenses and increase productivity across all product linesMaintaining hygienic conditions for both employees and the factory itselfImplementing all the company''s procedures and policiesCommunicating any problems or obstacles to senior managementMonitoring productivity rates, standards and quality controlTraining and coaching Factory OperativesImplementing safety, health, environment and quality requirementsChair weekly operations meetingLiaise daily with admin team ref delivery issuesRequirements for this position: Minimum 5 years Production management experienceSAP proficient Excellent leaderships skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsThe Production Manager Role: £40,000 - £45,000 depending on experienceMonday - Thursday 8am - 5pm, Friday - 8am - 2.30pmMonthly targeted bonus available20 days annual leave, plus bank holidays and Christmas shutdown and an extra day off for your birthday Bupa private medical after 6 months probationary period If you are interested in this position, please apply below ..... full job details .....
