This is a rewarding full-time role, supporting students with a range of complex needs and helping them to access education in a safe, nurturing environment.The Role:Supporting students aged 11-16 with a range of SEN, including learning difficulties, autism, and additional needsProviding personal care support where required (full training and guidance provided)Supporting pupils on a 1:1 basis or in small groupsAssisting with classroom activities and supporting learning outcomesPromoting positive behaviour and emotional regulationWorking closely with teachers, therapists, and SEN staffThe Ideal Candidate:Experience working with children or young people with SEN (school-based or care setting)Comfortable with and committed to providing personal carePatient, compassionate, and resilientStrong communication and teamwork skillsA genuine passion for supporting vulnerable learnersHold (or be willing to obtain) an Enhanced DBS on the child workforceWhat Prospero Teaching Offers:Competitive hourly pay between £14.25 and £16.64PAYE or umbrella payment optionsOngoing support from a dedicated consultantOpportunity to gain valuable SEN experien
