Duties and Responsibilities: Support delivery of people strategy, ensuring it is aligned with programmatic objectives and relevant HR policies and procedures. To deliver this you will work collaboratively with the business areas, Head Office HR Business Partners, Finance colleagues and the PMO.Implement and review business processes for recruitment and workforce management, ensuring effective recruitment, on-boarding, induction and off-boarding processes are followed.Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.Oversight of recruitment campaigns, onboarding and offboarding.Ownership of management information held in respect of workforce ensuring that accurate workforce data is maintained and used to inform decisions in relation to resourcing and workforce management, and to respond to requests for information.Manage Standard Operating Procedures for Workforce.
