Are you an experienced Electrical Project Manager looking to join a growing M&E contractor delivering projects across Kent, Surrey and West London?

We are seeking a driven Electrical Project Manager to oversee electrical installation projects from pre-construction through to handover. The successful candidate will manage programmes, subcontractors, client relationships and commercial performance while ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time and within budget.

The Role

• Manage electrical projects from inception through to completion.
• Oversee site teams and specialist subcontractors.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Manage project programmes, procurement and resources.
• Ensure projects are delivered in line with quality, budget and programme requirements.
• Carry out regular site visits, progress meetings and reporting.
• Ensure compliance with all Health & Safety and company procedures.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Electrical Project Manager within the M&E or Building Services sector.
• Strong technical knowledge of electrical installations.
• Experience delivering commercial, public sector or refurbishment projects.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Full UK Driving Licence.

Desirable Experience

• Previous experience delivering projects within HM Prisons or secure environments.
• Current EL1 Security Clearance (preferred but not essential).
