Robert Half Finance and Accounting are partnering with a leading Financial Investment Company in London to recruit an immediate, temporary Accounts Receivable Clerk for 2-3 months.This role is fully remoteRole:Our client is looking for an immediate, temporary, Accounts Receivable Clerk to assist them for 2-3 months. You be will be responsible for following duties:Manage end-to-end cash collection activities to ensure timely receipt of customer payments.Monitor aged debt reports and identify expected customer payments.Proactively follow up on overdue invoices via phone, email, and other communication channels.Contact customers to secure payment commitments and resolve payment delays.Maintain accurate records of collection activities, customer communications, and payment arrangements.Escalate high-risk or overdue accounts where necessary and recommend appropriate actions.Liaise with account owners and internal stakeholders to support cash collection objectives.Drive progression of accrued income to invoicing and cash receipt.Perform bank account reconciliations and investigate discrepancies.Process and reconcile supplier invoices where required.Review and allocate appropriate General Ledger (G/L) codes for events and related transactions.Process and reconcile employee expenses.Support ticket registration and related administrative processes.Provide regular updates on collection performance, aged debt, and priority accounts.Assist with month-end reconciliations and reporting ..... full job details .....
