Guest Services Ambassador

to join our team of 3 Rapport Ambassadors based near

Fenchurch

Street . In this dynamic and hybrid role, you will take ownership across three core areas - reception, hospitality, facilities, and post room - ensuring they run smoothly and with the highest standard of service.

You will be the welcoming face of a leading rail safety organisation, but this is far more than a typical front desk position. From greeting guests and coordinating meeting room setups to managing post and deliveries, you will be hands-on in creating a seamless experience for staff, visitors, and clients alike. Each day is different, and you''ll be encouraged to bring energy, initiative, and pride to every part of your role - helping to set the tone for a truly five-star workplace.

Full-time, Permanent

Hours:

40 per week (Monday-Friday; shift rota basis between 7:30 AM and 6 PM)

Main responsibilities:Provide a warm, personal welcome to all visitors and ensure a smooth, professional arrival experienceEscort guests to their destinations and offer assistance with a friendly, proactive approachDeliver outstanding meeting room, hospitality, and facilities support, including refreshments and room set-upsCommunicate with internal teams to meet visitor and meeting needs efficientlyMaintain a pristine and organised service areas at all timesManage email and telephone communications professionally and promptlyReport maintenance issues and keep the environment in top conditionSupport post room tasks, stationery supplies, and basic facilities duties
