What You''ll Be Responsible For

• Leading and motivating a team to hit production targets safely and efficiently
• Managing plant operations, ensuring maximum uptime and performance
• Driving health & safety standards - no shortcuts, no compromises
• Identifying issues fast and fixing them before they escalate
• Monitoring KPIs and pushing continuous improvement every shift
• Coordinating with maintenance, transport, and site management

What We''re Looking For

• Proven experience in a supervisory role within production, waste, recycling, or a similar environment
• Strong leadership - you know how to get the best out of people

• Flexibility to work night shifts (17:30 - 05:30, 4 on / 4 off)
