We are currently recruiting for an experienced Maintenance Plumber to join a busy maintenance team carrying out reactive and planned plumbing repairs in Salford. The RoleYou will be responsible for a range of planned and reactive plumbing maintenance, including: Carrying out reactive plumbing repairs and fault finding Completing planned preventative maintenance (PPM) Repairing and replacing taps, toilets, sinks, pipework, valves and associated plumbing components Diagnosing leaks, blockages and general plumbing faults Completing minor installations and replacement works Attending multiple commercial properties as required Ensuring work is completed safely and to a high standard Providing a professional service while working in occupied commercial environments Completing relevant job sheets and maintenance records Requirements NVQ Level 3 in Plumbing or equivalent Previous experience within maintenance plumbing Experience completing reactive and planned repairs Commercial property/building maintenance experience desirable Good fault-finding and problem-solving skills Full UK driving licence What You''ll Get Varied maintenance work across commercial properties Mixture of planned and reactive jobs Ongoing workload Opportunity to work within an established maintenance team Competitive rate/package Mobile role with varied sites and responsibilities What you need to do nowIf you''re interested in this role, click ''apply now'' to forward an up-to-date copy of your CV, or ..... full job details .....
