The role involves regular communication with customers via phone, email, or Teams and collaboration with internal teams to source parts and provide technical support where needed. The focus is on delivering accurate, timely, and professional service to support ongoing aftermarket operations.Candidates will come from an engineering background, ideally with a degree in mechanical engineering, and have a minimum of two years'' experience in a similar role. Experience within manufacturing, automation, industrial machinery, or other engineering-based sectors is essential.
