An excellent opportunity for an ambitious Financial Controller to join a successful, PE-backed group with turnover of approximately 50m.This a hybrid working opportunity with 2 to 3 days WFH. Reporting to an experienced CFO, you will take responsibility for the financial control function, managing three Management Accountants and the wider finance team. You will play a key role in ensuring strong financial reporting, controls and commercial insight across the group. The role offers a genuine long-term career opportunity, with the CFO actively looking to develop a successor. You will work closely with the CFO, gaining exposure to senior-level reporting, commercial decision-making, board requirements and the wider strategic development of the business.
